How Things Have Changed

I thought I’d give a general update to my subscribers for this letter. Some of you are new and haven’t read a portfolio update from me. Additionally, the last portfolio update I did was in July, so some things have changed in August that I’d like to talk about. Most notably, WHERE my money is. I’m constantly evolving my portfolio allocation, not necessarily in terms of which assets I’m holding, but what I am doing with those assets, and where I’ve deployed them to make them work for me.

Why Lightning for Bitcoin?

Mrugakshee and I are going to El Salvador in November, we just booked our tickets. It is important for us to get our node up and running and ready to connect to people that we meet while we’re in El Salvador. The more connections you have, the more likely your node is going to be used to route payments through. In the end, we hope that our lightning channels will generate us an income like Alex Bosworth.
